



Annaleigh joined McCausland Barrett & Bartalos, P.C. as an associate in September 2025 after clerking with the firm as a summer associate. She earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law, graduating with a Certificate in Dispute Resolution, and is pending admission to the Bar.
During law school, Annaleigh served as Senior Associate Editor of the Missouri Law Review, Negotiation Competition Director of the Missouri Board of Advocates, and a Teaching Assistant for Legal Research and Writing. She received multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers for her achievements in oral advocacy and legal writing.
Prior to law school, Annaleigh double majored in Economics and Marketing at Kansas State University. She discovered her passion for the legal field while volunteering as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in Clay, Riley, and Pottawatomie counties.
Having spent most of her life in Kansas City, Annaleigh is proud to be building her legal career in the community she knows best. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, taking spin classes, and keeping tabs on the Pittsburgh Penguins.
