Clinton Turley is a trial attorney who has built his practice around trusted relationships — in the courtroom and with clients. Since joining the firm in 2012, Clinton has handled a wide range of civil litigation, including personal injury defense, trucking litigation, insurance coverage, breach of contract, and construction claims.
Well-versed in Missouri personal injury and civil procedure, Clinton has tried numerous jury trials to verdict and secured favorable rulings on dispositive motions across Missouri circuit and appellate courts. He brings practical, strategic insight to every case — skills sharpened through continued participation in conferences and seminars throughout the country.
In 2020, Clinton opened the firm’s St. Louis office after practicing in the firm’s Kansas City office. He continues to serve clients throughout the Midwest, with a particular focus on defending people and companies in complex litigation.
Clinton earned his law degree from the University of Missouri School of Law, where he competed on the trial team and was active in litigation-focused programs such as the Elwood L. Thomas Inn of Court and the Landlord/Tenant Litigation Practicum. Before law school, he earned a business degree from Mizzou, with a minor in Spanish.
Outside the office, Clinton is a devoted sports fan who follows the Kansas City Chiefs, Kansas City Royals, and University of Missouri Tigers. He enjoys cycling, traveling, and exploring local breweries. Clinton lives in the St. Louis area with his wife, Deb, their three sons — Elijah, Walter, and Arlo — and their dog, Ozzie. He remains proud of his pro bono work and involvement in non-profit organizations.
