Originally from the Brookside area of Kansas City, Missouri, Henry Haake joined McCausland Barrett & Bartalos P.C. as an associate in December 2025, having previously worked in the areas of employment law and workers’ compensation.

Henry earned a J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law, where he participated in moot court and the Kansas Legal Aid Clinic. During law school, Henry completed internships with Colorado Legal Aid and Kansas Legal Aid, providing legal services to indigent clients and developing a strong foundation in client-focused advocacy. He received an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Arkansas.

Outside of work, Henry enjoys following the Kansas City Chiefs, his favorite player being Jamaal Charles. Henry also enjoys spending time at the movies. Some favorites include Raising Arizona and Greta Gerwig’s Little Women.
