Kevin is a seasoned litigator with significant experience managing complex civil cases from inception through trial. His practice centers on high-stakes litigation involving claims of general negligence, personal injury, construction disputes, and breach of contract. Kevin is particularly adept at handling expert-intensive matters and has taken and defended dozens of expert depositions across various disciplines, including engineering, medicine, and accounting.

 

Kevin routinely serves as lead or co-counsel in jury trials and has successfully briefed and argued matters before the Missouri and Kansas Courts of Appeal. He is known for his strategic approach to discovery, particularly in navigating the challenges posed by expert testimony, electronic evidence, and multi-party litigation.

 

Since joining the firm in 2015, Kevin has built a reputation for his strong courtroom presence and commitment to client advocacy. He earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law, graduating with a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Dean’s List honors each semester. He holds a B.A. from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, where he double-majored in Public Policy & Law and History.
