Todd C. Barrett graduated from UMKC Law School in 1992. He was a law clerk for the Honorable Gene R. Martin of the Jackson County Circuit Court prior to his retirement from the bench. Todd came to the law firm in 1995 and has been a shareholder since 2000. He has defended numerous insurance clients including several high exposure cases and has tried over 30 jury trials. He practices in Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska, specializing in insurance defense including commercial general liability and trucking industry litigation. He also has experience in insurance coverage matters, including both uninsured and underinsured motorist.
